Ensure your car is road legal

All vehicles over three years old are required by UK law to have an MOT. It's the responsibility of the owner to renew their MOT certificate. Without it, you are unable to drive your vehicle legally, or renew your road tax.

The earliest date to test your vehicle can be found on your last certificate, but you can have a test completed up to one month before the expiry of your current certificate, without it affecting the annual expiry date.
